    Kunafeh Plate with Akkawi Cheese is an exclusive dessert with its roots in Egypt and has since spread to other countries. It consists of layers of fine kunafa dough filled with delicious Akkawi cheese, generously spread with the delicious Haloob butter (made from cow animal fat) and then professionally baked to perfection. Ingredients: CHEESE AKAWI 45% (Bovine origin), WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, animal fat (cow), MILK, rapeseed oil, sugar, salt, cardamom, turmeric. Preparation: Let Kunafan thaw without the packaging at room temperature. Heat the product as desired in the microwave. Alternatively, you can place it on a baking tray in the oven at 200°C for 1-3 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt. For a crispier experience, the product can also be heated in an air fryer. Drizzle the included syrup over according to taste preference. For those who prefer other sweetening options, it is possible to sweeten the product with your own sweeteners according to taste and preference. Served warm. Storage: Frozen.     Description Baklava with cashews has been a beloved oriental dessert for centuries. Our product is made unsweetened to give the customer the ability to adjust the sweetness to their own preferences when baking it. As the product is baked at home, it is always fresh and crispy when served. A syrup bag is included in the product's packaging. Net weight 300g. Storage Frozen. In a freezer (-18 °C , or colder). Cook for about 25 minutes or until it turns an even and golden brown color. Either use the supplied syrup or choose your own sweetener and pour over the product immediately after it is taken out of the oven. Let it cool before serving. If using an air fryer, cook at 150 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until desired golden brown. NOTE: Make sure the supplied syrup is at room temperature before use. Recipe example: Filling: Mix 30 g of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 100 g of semolina and 1 liter of milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring, until the mixture begins to boil and thickens. Then let it cool. Kuna fan: 1. Cut the dough strands into small pieces. 2. Mix the dough strands thoroughly with 75 g of butter/margarine. 3. Press half of the dough strands into a baking dish, pour over the cream filling and spread it evenly. 4. Place the rest of the dough strands on top of the cream filling and place it in the oven at 200 °C until it has acquired a golden brown color. 5. Take it out and drizzle cold syrup over it.     Description: Nabulsia dough is a unique variant of Kunafa dough, the composition of which is enriched with a harmonious mixture of butter and margarine. This exclusive dough forms the very foundation for the creation of the delicate Nabulsia dish. A carefully assembled composition of Nabulsia dough and cheese crackling layer forms the core of this culinary masterpiece. Net weight 400g. Ingredients WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, MILK, sugar, salt, rapeseed oil, animal fat (cow), vegetable fat (Soybean oil, palm oil). Preparation: Oil the mold evenly and start the oven at 250°C. Spread half of the dough evenly in the oiled pan and press it down with the palm of your hand so that the dough holds together. Add the desired amount of mozzarella cheese and place the mold in the oven. When the edges of the dough are colored, take out the mold and put the rest of the dough on it.
