Our Kunafa dough forms the basis for various delicious oriental desserts. With our class 1 you get an exceptionally high quality, good elasticity and a quick oven cooking. This makes class 1 a perfect fit for products such as Mabruma (Kunafa rolls) and more. This product has thicker dough threads which makes it perfect for making fine Nabulsia dough with butter.

    Frozen. In a freezer (-18 °C , or colder). Should not be refrozen after thawing.
