Crispy Kunafa with Flavorful Biscuit Filling
Ingredients:
- Kunafa dough
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cans of cream (200 ml each)
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- Cookies
- 2 cups of milk
Preparation:
- Mix the cream and condensed milk until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Toast the kunafa dough with the butter until it turns golden brown and becomes crispy.
- Place a layer of cookies in a dish and moisten them with a little warm milk.
- Cover the cookie layer with a layer of the prepared cream mixture. Repeat this step until all ingredients are used and you have created several layers.
- Garnish the top of the last layer with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, or nuts for extra flavor and decoration.
