Nabulsia dough is a unique variant of Kunafa dough, the composition of which is enriched with a harmonious mixture of butter and margarine. This exclusive dough forms the very foundation for the creation of the delicate Nabulsia dish. A carefully assembled composition of Nabulsia dough and cheese crackling layer forms the core of this culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients
WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, MILK, sugar, salt, rapeseed oil, animal fat (cow), vegetable fat (Soybean oil, palm oil).
Preparation:
- Oil the mold evenly and start the oven at 250°C.
- Spread half of the dough evenly in the oiled form and press it down with the palm of your hand so that the dough holds together.
- Add the desired amount of mozzarella cheese and place the mold in the oven.

When the edges of the dough are colored, take out the mold and put the rest of the dough on it. Then flip the Nabulsian over into a new shape and drizzle warm syrup over it.
- Tip! Add saffron or cardamom to the syrup for better taste.
Storage:
Frozen. In a freezer (-18 °C , or colder). Should not be refrozen after thawing.
